I started going to the gym in May 2023, I was a bit lost as I had never been to the gym until I started PT with Dylan. Dylan put me on track to lose some weight and to work towards getting stronger. He compiled a program that works for me and tailored it to my needs. Dylan is always on hand to answer any questions and was the encouragement I needed to stay on track. I've always worked around fast food which made it hard to diet or keep the weight off but with Dylan's plan in place I have seriously changed my eating habits and the gym is part of my daily life now. Honestly, without Dylan's support I very much doubt I'd still be going to the gym now. Working with Dylan was the best decision I've ever made when it comes to the gym I was with another PT and didn't make any progress I wasn't losing weight or getting stronger then when I started with Dylan I lost a stone in 3 months and got a lot stronger I always thought my form was grand but how wrong I was Dylan has helped me correct form on all my lifts not to mention The diet is best I've seen simple to make and follow. By far Dylan is the best PT I've worked very helpful when you ask him questions he will always get back to you so if you’re looking for online coaching Dylan is the man.
